300 pages in and not much has happened. A few scares sure but no real plot. Holding out hope this gets better soon 💀

King's decided he wants to yap and here I am eating every word of it. Bro really gave us a chapter of a dude's life story before immediately killing him off

Probably going to finish this tomorrow. The story itself has slowed down significantly but I'm definitely curious on where it's going

At last, I have reached the end of the Richard Bachman books. I haven't really been much of a fan of King's persona but maybe this'll change my mind

Didn't know this was a spin-off of The Dark Tower and was immediately jumpscared by a Roland and Flagg appearance

"Sometimes Dead is Bettuh" is my current vocal stim

This was my first King novel as a kid, followed by Carrie. I'm really excited to revisit this book but lord I don't remember it being so long 💀

I would like to formally apologize for my previous statement of "Choal fans stay winning". As more details have recently surfaced 💀

Choal girlies be winning (for now)

Back to this series, let's goooo. I can already tell this may be one of my favorites, the writing is even better and I'm really enjoying the growing tension between Choal, Celeana, and Dorian. Hyped to see where is goes

Finally on book two of this behemoth. Found it a bit hard to keep track of all the characters that made up book one's vignettes, but now it seems to be locking in the narrative finally. Excited to see where it goes now

King does a scary good job at depicting the fear of a global illness that slowly grows into a pandemic, I'll give him that. Eerie given the current crisis of the world

My first foray into the larger works of King. Part of me is very excited knowing the hype behind this book and miniseries, but man 40 hour audiobooks are daunting

Better than I remember it being but still full of tangents that wear me out after a while.
