I love this series but i have listened to 2 hours of audiobook and literally nothing has happened

I've just realised how tropey all the characters except maybe Niamh are

We have got the caring, healer, nurse, housewife whose husband is cheating on her
The posh, defensive, conservative rich woman
The not-white, poor, angry, lesbian lady

Tbh I like this bit with no Joe better? He's a bit cringe

I dunno how to feel about this one. It's a bit odd. I'm not sure I like Joe. And the style is interesting - lots of speech.

Wtf is going on

I like it, but I'm not sure why it is trying so hard to be a mirror of the world, but using so many different but almost the same words for everything
