I’ve never been a person who drinks too much or has any big problems with alcohol. BUT, I have actually always had digestive issues, headaches and a number of consequences after drinking. So I have asked myself. Why not stop completely? Why keep doing something that actually bothers you? I saw this book and I thought I would give it a try, maybe it can encourage me to quit. Just maybe 🤔
