Reading this book is like forcing you to listen to a used car salesman without end. It's 95% fluff, trying to convince you that if you only listen to his ideas, you'll get everything you've ever wanted and live a charmed life thence.

Yes, the points are useful, but the pain I have to endure to get there.

Kara is finished with A Walk in the Woods: Rediscovering America on the Appalachian Trail
I'm so happy this book is done. This book was so amazingly boring and useless.

"Sexism justifies itself by commandeering our logic and, quietly, the limits of what is constrict our ideas of what should be. Misogyny comes to taste like air, feel like gravity: so common we barely notice it, so entrenched it’s hard to conceive of a world without it."

Kara is 31% done with Frankenstein
I've put this book on hold for the moment in lieu of reading the Time Machine. I've been having the hardest time just reading the short parts every day (DailyLit), so I paused the installments and hopefully I can go back to it after something that draws me in more.
