Let's see if we finish this one. I'm this far in and I just keep thinking: this could be avoided if you had an abortion, this could be avoided if you gave up your son for adoption, this could be avoided if you saw your husband was a red flag freak when you met, etc.

Apparently, I put this book on my TBR shelf seven years ago...and am just now getting around to reading it because it's officially 🍂🍁Autumn🍁🍂 and I'm trying to read thriller/horror/spookies to celebrate the season.

I must say I was surprised the author is a man. The way he describes young girl friendships is pretty accurate.

Looking once again to get out of my reading slump. What better to do than go back to a character you know, huh? Thoughts so far: easy to read, Loki's relationship with Odin in this tale is certainly A CHOICE, I smell Tom Hiddleston's Loki all over this lol the impact he has I guess, and well, the plot is certainly going.

After the book I just read, I truly will never hate on anything I write ever again. The things people consider as "high-brow" and "innovative".

Ugh a little over 100 pages left and I truly, truly feel this book is stalling out HARD. Here's hoping I can finish this either today or tomorrow at the latest.

I mean big ups to ACOTAR because I think the longest books I've read were Harry Potter back in the day and now I'm like...I can totally smash 600+ page books!

My jaw has dropped more time in part 3 than in any other book in this series. What the actual fuck.

Okay but at this point the story did actually bring tears to my eyes. No other book in this series has done that. And it's not even a romantic thing. Wow.

I guess we're doing this. Nesta is such a bitch but I half respect it. I will admit, now that Feysand is settled into their roles the change in POV is appreciated. And the fact that it's third person is better than being in first person. That was getting a little tiring.
