This author really hates women and it is displayed soooo clearly through the fmc’s extreme misogyny towards other women and the mmc’s blatant and rampant misogyny towards literally every woman in this book. I can’t do this and I’m really worried about the community as a collective because no one seems to have made comments about this glaring misogyny throughout this book

I think I’m going to take a break from this book. It’s clear the author has deep imbedded internalized misogyny and I did my best to look past it but the fmc is weak and she’s letting the mmc not only walk all over her with NO consequences ever and she folds soooo fast for him after he commits legit crimes against her. I need a break from this book and I probably won’t be picking it up again for weeks

SIX chapters in and the main characters still haven’t met

The last one thought I was on page 16 and I can’t go back and edit lol

I am 16% and four chapters in (I include the prologue as a chapter) and the main characters still haven’t met each other yet. This book is dragging bad

So good it’s getting a little long and drawn out at this point though but I’ve really enjoyed this read

I am dnf-ing even skip reading makes me feel physically sick. I truly and deeply hate this book and I don’t understand why people like it

I’m starting to hate this book 1) the mmc has still not told her that her fiancé is a cheater, but yet he ASKS HER OUT ON A DATE 2) the mmc is talking about having feelings for the fmc AND he’s kissing her and asking her out yet he’s literally having sex with other women which is so disgusting and makes this book so unromantic 3) mmc is fucking her wedding planner like literally what is the point of this

How HOW are we on chapter 17 and no one has told her that Rome was cheating on her? Literally HOW this is getting on my very last nerve

How have they kissed but creed still hasn’t told nakrya that Rome was cheating on her?? Is that not insane like what is going on

FINALLY THEY TELL US WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN THE ACCIDENT like this should’ve happened earlier especially because they kept repeating those terrible scenes of Nyah (missspelled) going back and forth to the hospital and his parents being evil to her… not only was it hard to read but it was repetitive and annoying

It’s clear to me that the reason Rome was in the accident was bc he was cheating on the fmc but despite us being this deep in the fucking book no one has said it and no one has dragged this out of his parents and it’s missing me clean off

This book is actually unbearable

The book is finally starting to get bearable which is so insane to say but it’s the truth

I don’t think I can keep reading this

Not good babe, so much exposition it’s insane and also why is mmc not surprised to see fmc still in her home?
