I really have no idea how I feel about this so far

Reading this on my kindle I have no idea how long it is, but I feel like I’ve been reading it for the last 6 years.

20 pages in I was like “wow this paper is so thin, I wonder how many pages there are?”
There’s 725. Looks like I’ll be reading this for the next 60 years rip

I want to know what happens but at the same time I don’t want the book to end. Someone send help

Considering the hype I've heard over this book I'm kinda disappointed so far. Hopefully it'll pick up soon!

I really don't care about Cameron's story line. I really don't like it when authors pick a random character that wasn't in the first book to have a POV

I want to DNF this book so badly ugh

Do I like this book? I don't know. Do I dislike this book? I don't know. Do I get why there's such a big hype about it? Definitely not so far

Already I'm torn about this book. I love Horowitz's writing and the Alex Rider series was one of my favourites as a kid. However, he's written himself into this book and he's just so full of himself. I don't know if this is on purpose or genuine. I feel like the literary hero of my childhood is crumbling before me, but I can't put it down as I want to know what happens!

Well, I hate to say this but it looks like this a DNF for me.

Okay, I'm actually getting into this book now. It's not of the highest quality writing wise, but I have no idea why it's got such bad reviews

So far into this book we have quite dramatic writing and now a weapon called "Big Bang". I really don't know about this book

I was loving this book right up until all Jackson cares about is holly. Like dude you're stuck in the past maybe think about that a little more than seeing the younger version of your girlfriend.
Apart from that the story is pretty good so far

Okay, this is definitely taking me longer to reread than the first two books

Okay, so far a much better balance of the romance and political elements. It's looking to be a promising book

Okay, so the fluffy romance is starting to become the main part of the book *enter dramatic sigh*. I do like the odd romance, but this is a little cringey, however I do think it feels this way because it's an audio book. I think reading it, it would be much better.
I do still love the siren story. I think I'd just prefer more on her and her sisters and less romance

Okay, so yes it's got a cheesey romance that makes me want to slap the main character. However, the story itself I love. Also a YA character who is 19?! I for once do not feel too old for YA
