Why is it my 2025 Reading Challenge widget on my blog won't update unless I go in and change something on my challenge and re-save it? And it's one book off. I checked read dates, reloadied the widget once....it won't update and it stays one book short every time. ARGH!!

I bought new bookshelves for my bedroom....yay! Making myself a comfy reading nook!

Still organizing the home library. Making great progress! So hard to shelf books without reading!! Must. Keep. Working. :)

An author should know better than to reveal huge major plot spoilers about another writer's series in a review!! Argh! I don't usually block people....but definitely clicked to block without a second of hesitation.

Going through my notes and catching up on writing reviews.....juggling two college classes has put me behind on blog posts! So up at 3 am getting caught up! :) Coffee, coffee, coffee!! :)

Haven't had much time for writing reviews for books I finished lately with school starting back up for my son and taking two college classes myself....so catching up on reviews today! :)

After accidentally buying a second copy of book by mistake...I'm re-organizing my bookshelves and checking that I have all my owned books listed. This might take a few days.....lol

This is going to take me awhile to finish. The audio book is more than 34 hours long, and I can only listen to a story about nuclear war in short bursts. Still working on the 100 books from The Great American Read.

Reading through some interesting books/novellas that have been languishing on my Kindle....some for YEARS. Time to read & review!

This was the first Agatha Christie novel I ever read. I bought a five book box set of Hercule Poirot mysteries at a garage sale when I was 10. Christie has been my favorite author ever since! :)

I have always wanted to read this series...saw book 1 on my library's digital site and decided now is a good time to dig in and meet Amelia Peabody!

It's SNOWING!!! Doesn't happen often in NC....so I just love it when it snows! Any recommendations for great books to read while snowed in? I'm just going to stay home and enjoy it! :)

Any recommendations for haunted house/spooky suspense novels? Fall weather has me in the mood for a good scary read!
