Horrible! This was loaned to me by one of the people maligned by the author. I had several thoughts: first, author was not hired for her writing ability, second, despite saying how horrible the women at the Agency were , she seems to have fallen into their gossipy back biting ways and third, how did the author pass the psych tests to be hired?! Do not waste your money on this mean-spirited "memoir".
