Giving your words to your children is not just about information, but also about transformation-what children here and believe is what we shape their lives. It's about words that shape the heart.

Deuteronomy 6:4-7 we cannot teach God's words to our children unless those words are first on our own hearts. First law of verbal parent dynamics-you must have God's words in your own heart in order to give your words to your children's hearts.

Biblical religion is primarily religion of the ear rather than the eye, that is it is primarily verbal. God speaks and we listen to his word.

Elohim spoke two words in Hebrew, haya or, let light be. And the light that was not before, began to exist, because God spoke it into being. There was no one there to hear the words, and yet God spoke. Because words mean things and make things happen. Words were not for His benefit but for hours. He spoke because he intended for us to speak with Him. He was giving us words.
