I really relate to Faith in this book. She is trying to heal but the world keeps on hurting her

I love my mom like people love God. Like how people love the Earth and nature. And my Mom loved me like she loved God, Earth and nature. This book got close to depicting these complicated feelings

Really easy and enjoyable to read

Find myself skimming apathetically. Need something just a bit more grounded

Needs more conflict. 100 pages in and something important needs to be on the line for Willow and Spike at this point, and yet, not so much...

This book has been on my to read shelf for Iike seven years and it really holds up... Just beautiful, really.

This is one of the few long-form stories where one of the main and distinct character traits of every single character is kindness. It's very cleansing.

The meta analysis of this book is extremely disturbing. Aza is so scared of being a fictional character.
