The friend who recommended this to me was dead serious. TWO WORDS: OPOSSUM. SHAPESHIFTER. I am hooting through this so far. They keep thinking she’s dead because she’s an OPOSSUM SHAPESHIFTER. There’s murder mystery, there’s intrigue, there’s romance, and there’s opossums. Literary perfection.

Didn’t realize this was 4 books in 1. When will it end? Page 500 and it’s barely 50% done. This is hardly fair. “Warrior Series” could mean anything! I was tricked!

Great read so far! After a lengthy discussion with a friend of the merits of both preservation and conservation, I’ve found this book (and the consequential rabbit hole I’ve fallen into) to be thought-provoking and entertaining so far.
