I am up 30 books already but GR hasn't uploaded my requests yet.

I don't know when they can add the books that I requested but I am already 9 manga in.

I'm already at 54 books. Some of the manga are not available here on Goodreads.

I've read more than 50 fanfics this year so I'm counting those in this Reading Challenge. Hahaha

My goal for the new year would be to read the backlog of booksy-books. Like seriously behind on that one.

It's been weeks since I paused in reading this book. Not in the mood to finish it now but setting aside for later.

I said I was going to read manga this month and, by gods, do I deliver.

Okay. I didn't meet my GR Reading Challenge - even after culling it from 100 to 50 to 25 and finally to 10. And. That's. Okay. While I didn't read more 'book' books, I still had a great reading year even if I read 95% of it in fanfiction. Though I did not count all of them, I could easily say that went beyond 100 fanfiction so... got your there GR Reading Challenge. I still read.

I'm imagining the school at Sinegard as a cross between Sungkyungkwan and the Cloud Recesses from Mo Dao Zu Shi.

I've been in a book-reading slump all year.

It's wundrous.

This is supposed to be a relatively serious book but I've been laughing what with descriptions like teakettle-wielding exploding fluffballs, entrails festooning trees (I think about 'festoon' & I think about tinsel and twine), and Buddy the parakeet.
