its super interesting so far. very informative. in the beginning you see the author give one stance with studies, then gives the opposing view with even better studies and reasoning.
The questions around morality - as you answer them - can give you great insight into your own thoughts and sense of morality.

Might have to reread since it has been a while since I started this.

Finally some interesting things happening now. I got the creeps

The beginning was beautiful in imagery because of purely the perspective from the young girl. Wonderful start, but a little hard to stay reading it. I had to push past some parts until I got into something a bit more interesting... that one chapter where she sees the young couple and the man recognized her. Really gave me a weird feeling reading this... that really set the tone for the rest of this book.

I'm starting to be a little bored though of these collections. I want to see like a climax or some kind of main event this story brought us to.

Summer classes started so I'm being slow again, but I'm getting into some really interesting character history.

It got sooooo good that I just blasted through half this book so quickly. Also, I love the heartrender and the convict together.

Witches keep getting talked about, but I haven't seen any yet. I wanna see one dammit lol... also poor Matthew.
