Es ist ganz seltsam, wie sich der Hautpcharakter am laufenden Band selbst widerspricht. Er freut sich super auf eine Sache und drei Seiten später ist er genervt darüber. Am Anfang des Buches findet er eine Person suuuper toll, nur um im Verlauf zu meinen: seine anfängliche Abneigung gegenüber der Person wäre verflogen. ??

Chapter 12 and 13 were by far the best so far. Such a deep dive into the personalities and pasts of the characters should've happened way earlier in the book. It wouldn't have improved anything about the story but at least I would've cared about the characters.

Ich frag mich immer noch, wieso das als Horrorbuch eingestuft wird. Bis jetzt ist es pure Comedy und ein bisschen eklig xD + ich bin neugierig, wie es dazu kam, dass dieses Erstlingswerk sofort übersetzt wurde.
