I have no comment on why I waited so long to read this book

Well, this book is gonna be my new obsession like if you like rebel witch and the Crimson moth Duology oh, this is perfection

And the tension between these two characters chefs kiss, like I am eating the story up

A literal 180 flip for him and she is still being fierce and I love that for her

Oh, and hold on back up did he know she was?

The magic aspect in a retelling of Romeo and Juliet is very interesting.

I feel like is struggled through just to get to the next books because the fomo and everyone says the seires gets better. I have no feelings for Zander’s or Stevie

I may not be the biggest fan of player trope. I’ve heard this series starts getting better I’m hoping so.

120 pages in.

Love that we’re so far getting 2 povs because it’s siblings and they went to two different princes areas. I’m excited to see where each one goes in defeating the god they are out to get.

I’m a little sad that this series is coming to an end.
I’ve been along for the ride since nine month contract and through each book got to know Everly just a little more each time.

Chapter one already had me hooked by her awkward moments and relatable say the wrong thing at the wrong time energy.

They go into the trials and the arbitrian force the different species to unite to work together. Very interesting but what is the cost…. This is so good.

All I know is these humans, fae, etc…. HATE eachother. And well Elyria is a baddie.

This story feels like we’re just with friends seeing them surviving one page at a time. Seeing them over come fears and just trying to figure out how to keep the kingdom safe. This is just perfection.
And Razik and Kalia I love their somewhat of a friendship.

Soooo we’re going to be forced to marry marriage of convenience??????

Part 2 absolutely yes. They are older now and the characters were much more consistent. I enjoyed how Lena is slowly coming to her powers. Ready to understand why she was named supreme

Enjoying the story the love story between the two is very good but the character age with the spice scenes could be not so much

Already obsessed with Quill

The premise locked me in but we’re just kind of thrown into a new world without much lead up to the actual tarot magic system or explanation. And I’m unsure I like that she basically goes back to alder bc of money. And what happened to the when they were together like why does she not want him but bc he had money she does..

I know but that doesn’t mean I won’t wish for you with every fing breath

I seriously can not put this book down….

It’s switched on me and now do I feel bad for the dad?

I don’t think I’ll say “fix your face” ever again 😭

This book makes me excited to see where Dagen and Zarras story goes

But also breaks my heart how she is treated by her family.

Her father is horrible. She never wavers from her strength while under the darkness and pain of her father though.

And dae learning about her but also being treacherous. I’m interested in seeing how or when he realizes he has true feelings.

Freya is not a favorite of mine on this one. I feel like yea we understand you are angry but do something to help.

Then all of a sudden we’re good with him.

Definitely should have recapped book one.
