Things just got out of control. First off how is it that Jenna can do so many dangerous painful stunts with her severely injured shoulder, seems like she might be putting the mission in danger. Also, how is it this HVAC family is able to outsmart and overcome multiple crack security teams, just doesn’t make sense, unless we find out more about this family at the end

These guys are really careless, the bad guys keep sneaking up on them, why isn’t one of them watching out

Tired of how mean Jenna is to her estranged husband, after all, he’s right about her drinking and putting their daughter in danger. Why would she think she couple provide full time or even half time care for her child safely

Craig is just not too bright. Why didn’t he lock his doors or why didn’t he think to call the alarm company to re connect the security system

Craig is either really dense or super selfish or maybe both. What kind of father is he and why would you leave a child alone at home with him

This only got worse as the book went on. Can’t believe this author is so popular as a mystery/thriller writer. So Nick and Marla were imminent danger but couldn’t keep their pants on long enough to get away to save their lives. Just call this a romance novel but mystery thriller is very deceptive

Harlequin romance. Should have DNR’d. Author now off my TBR. Ridiculous medical info- amnesia, running through the streets with Nick trying to escape so near after having been in a coma. Total waste of my time but romance lovers may like it

Seems to be getting weird to me how close Kay is to Lucy, they seem to be enmeshed beyond normal close family. Also I really don’t like Lucy and more and more don’t see her role in these stories.

I don’t like that Mae broke into Marple’s apartment to steel the address book interfering with police investigation and potentially getting Kenny in trouble. Just bad behavior

Timeline seems off to me. The ages of the residents seem to be quite a bit younger than the music presented in the show. I’m a Boomer and most of the music was either very early in my life or before my time. For Rosi being not yet 40 her parents would most likely be near my age unless they were very old parents

Polar feelings. Interesting possibilities but also tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theories. So much corruption everywhere. Obvious dislike of Bugliosi possibly justified ? Nothing that definitely convinced me but neither was I convinced the theories were wrong. Eye opening about the crazy drug and sex filled lifestyle in Hollywood at the time
