Did not finish. After reading reviews I stopped. Couldn’t engage with any of the flawed characters. Attempted inclusion of important Indigenous cultural information but overwritten, slow to develop. Unfortunately I read a review with a spoiler which really did it for me. My lack of interest in characters was complete. Don’t let my opinion sway you - just don’t enjoy adult fiction written in an adolescent way..

Hard read but enjoying it.

Not finding it moving. At halfway point and not sure I will finish it....

Loved it. Want a sequel. Loved the intertextual references.

Very long but enjoying it. Beginning a little confusing due to introduction of many characters but a reread helped and the rest flows at a rapid pace. Could have been edited though.

I really don’t think I can finish this book. I’ve tried and tried. In the next couple of days I may continue or I may dump it. Tedious writing is putting me off,
