The stream-of-consciousness style is starting to get on my nerves. So many commas!

I love other books by Kay, but just can't get into this. Stopping for a bit.

I'm about mid-way through this book, and I definitely recommend reading only 1 or 2 biographies at a time. They're each quite short and start to run together!

I'm about mid-way through this book and sticking with it because friends gave it good reviews, but seriously, this passage made me LOL: "He should be wearing voluminous ankle-length culottes and a heavy indigo tunic, which is the traditional uniform, but instead he is wearing jockey shorts. Sweat is running down his smoothly muscled cappuccino back and exploring his cleavage." (Lame fanfic interlude, anyone?)
