I remember reading this in high school and I didn't have fond memories of it then. That hasn't changed. I decided to read it to get a better understanding of James. James is a far superior book.

Cant put it down.

Almostt done with Apt Pupil. Very compelling but also very dark and disturbing. Had to skip over some pages.

This book had me from the first page. I'm not very far into it yet so we'll see where it goes. So far it reminds me a little bit of The Rosie Project...which I liked a lot. Hope this one is as good.

I'm liking this so far. Had to put it aside to read A Gentleman in Moscow for an upcoming book club but will finish it after I read Gentleman.

Started out as quite a slog but now I'm having a hard time putting it down.

Not as good as the first 2

"fey insouciance" one of the interesting descriptions in this book. I am liking it, it's a little creepy.

When I heard there was a sequel I was skeptical that it could ever be as good. I've been disappointed so many times. So far this one is. Lots of humor and interesting characters. I can't seem to read fast enough to satisfy my curiosity.

I am finding this book really hard to get through.

I am loving this book so far.
