I've had mixed thoughts on this book (Jude has carried me to the end) but wtf am I reading right now and why did this need to be included? I understand to a point, I feel like it's important for Jude's character arc... but it almost feels like it's been written out of a feeling of necessity? Not every book needs this and this one didn't 😭😭 the growth could have been shown differently. UGHH

I generally stray from books with heavy religious premises/tones but this book has me in a chokehold. I'm tempted to forgo my house renos so I can finish this faster... and give Jude the biggest hug😢
