This has been like 30% of the book so far.

I'm not complaining, but it's definitely... a thing.

5% in, I *know* it's going to be Happily Ever After, and I'm still getting teary already. Curto knows *just* how to get you involved in these characters lives so quickly, it's remarkable.

Ok, time to read and cry for (what I'm assuming will be) the remaining 95% of the book.

Once again breaking my "One book at a time" rule because I'm bored with Moby Dick, and I've been REALLY excited for this book. And also because I've been on a sourdough kick recently.

Scored a free copy of this (an advanced readers version) at NYCC, and I was so excited that I'm breaking my "One book at a time" rule!

Also prepare for a flood of 4-star, non-explained reviews, because I read them so long ago (and forgot the dates) and am too tired to go into specifics.

I really mean the 4 stars, though. A lot of the stuff I read over the summer (mostly New 52/Rebirth) was pretty great, I just really want to clear this bookshelf down.

One day I will update my "currently reading/read" list, but today is not that day.

Not sure why this book is listed as 448 pages (unless it counts the introduction?), but I'm done at 404.

So far, all I'm getting is that 19th century Bethel residents were all a-holes to each other and P.T. Barnum was the only one to get famous for it.

I have seen the top of the mountain, and it is good. (Book complete, just the appendix left)

Main book finished, just the epilogue left. I'm at the Hillary Step and I can see the summit!

Damn, this is a big volume
