I just want to stop dnfing audiobooks. is that so much to ask. please.

my reading goal for 2025 is to get my tbr down below 400 books, even if I have to delete 50 books to do it

Managed to read 75 regular books (not manga) this year, which is an increase from last year! the audiobook work commute is really putting in the hours here

genuinely think my experience with this book has been severely marred by how fuck ugly the cover is

if I read 100 actual books a year and only read things from my tbr list, it would take me four and a half years to read them all, and this is why I think I deserve early retirement

I have a lot of mixed feelings about how Maxwell's metaphors for minds but I'm starting to get pissed off by how much every character is just ignoring their emotions, to the point where its not even a second thought for Maxwell to just pretend everyone's perfectly fine, move on, next question, after something traumatic happens.
