Oh the drama!

From a writers standpoint, pure brilliance.

After chapter 15, rereading the prologue was so fun. SJM is phenomenal at dropping mini climaxes throughout all of her books, it’s unmatched. I love when a writer knows out to masterfully map out a story.

“Why me?”
“What an earthling question to ask. Why you? Why us, for that matter? Why anything? Because this moment simply is. Have you ever seen bugs trapped in amber?”
“Yes.”
“Well, here we are, trapped in the amber of this moment. There is no why.”

Thinking brainlessly with their spinal cords. And so on…

I should have finished Zarathustra before starting this book. BUT Kurt is spitting some bars in this!!

I don’t cry at books very often. But I sobbed! Multiple times 😭

My friends are with me and I am not afraid 😭😭😭
