I'm actually reading it! It's happening!

I finally got it back from the library so I can continue to be utterly crushed by it. Hooray!

Yay, my ILL just came in! Looking so forward to this.

I know that TRUE CRIME is a/the selling point, but I'm just here for the eels.

Finally got it back in ebook form! Now to actually read.

I have successfully finished the semester and library school, so I can read again! Huzzah!

All recreational book reading is currently on hold as I careen violently toward the end of the semester and possibly the completion of my MLIS/MS-ILS/whatever it's called this week. December 11th will be a day of celebration, I hope.

I couldn't borrow it through the state-wide ILL system, so I went out and bought it. Looking very forward to this one!

Rereading this and the second volume so I can reacquaint myself with the story for the final volume.

I don't know about this one. Something about it appealed to me when I put on my to-read list, but I'm not sure what that is yet. Possibly a book that just Isn't For Me.

Thanks to the semester being nearly over, I can read for pleasure again! Huzzah!

I went out of my way to purchase this as a brand-new hardcover at a local independent bookstore; as an agoraphobe who gets most everything used or via the library, I have to be pretty excited about something to go to this amount of effort to get it. Can't wait to start!

Sorely disappointed in the brevity of the entry on hushpuppies. Hushpuppies deserve more and better.

I'm back in school as a student again, so sadly the majority of my reading time is being taken up by far less fun things than my usual fare that I'm being compelled to read. I'll still be reading for pleasure as I can, but expect my book completion rate to be much slower than it has been for the past few years. It was fun while it lasted!
