Seems like a great book, but it felt like it dragged on. Just feels a bit outdated to me to keep reading.

While I didn’t finish this book, what I did get up to provided me with a lot of insight. As a yogi you’re always continuously learning on this journey, and so I plan to read this book again and allow myself to absorb what I might’ve not noticed the first time.

Beautifully and magnificently healing, and extremely insightful. This is the kind of book you refer to constantly as a resource and guide as you grow or help others grow along their healing journey. Really glad I found to when I did.

Couldn’t bring myself to finishing it.

Legit fascinating! A bit hard to understand due to the war-like analogies and other historical tidbits, but if there was a class of lecture series that broke this book down I’d sign up for it in a heartbeat.
