This is a book I've been excited about since it was announced. So excited, I might add, that I didn't want to know anything about it.
So imagine my disappointment when I finally start to read this..this...*silly book* (is the best I can do right now)!
This is not good. This is not funny. And for someone who used to skim over Hoid's stupid stories, this is unreadable.

😲 I can't stress enough how amazing this book is.

Sooo...*narration* is the key word here.
Is it a good story? Yes.
Is it a bit tiresome? Also yes.

I've finally decided to DNF this, even though I now have to start & finish another "book with claws on the cover" for the readathon. This.Is.Not.Worth.It.

I'm sorry, but this writing style is not for me.
It's not a bad book, but I don't feel anything for it, including the need to pick it up and continue reading. So I'm not going to struggle with it.:-??
