more interesting for the way Broadway and the recording and television industries worked in 1960-1964 than insights into Ms. Streisand.

Randy is reading World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War

It is sexy but also extremely interesting prose style and vivid situations. I keep wanting to know more about all of the characters

So far so good. The scene of new Orleans I enjoy because I know the city and the characters are fun.

The characters in this novel were carefully and deeply drawn. The story kept surprising me, even to the ending. The las Vegas situation was the most exciting and also the most cinematic. I'm recommending this book.

while the story occasionally bogs down, the character development is incredibly rich. I enjoyed a recent scene in a shopping mall in Banning, California where my parents live.
