I have stayed up too late because I have been enjoying it so much! I think this will make an amazing fall read when it releases. I am so glad I got an ARC copy. Can't wait to read more but sleep is a necessity.

This has been interesting so far. I am someone who has experienced grief but not in this particular way. I am sold on it and will see where it goes. Everyone handles lose and grief differently and we shouldn't let anyone tell us how to process or live with it.

So far, it is interesting but slightly different than the previous books by this author.

It is an interesting concept to think about buildings being intentionally built for malicious purposes.

This one is interesting so far. Seems like it is going to be enlightening but cozy. It definitely will have some difficult topics.

So far I am loving it. Learning about the history of strong and powerful women. I am so immersed I will not want to stop when I have to. It feels like a puzzle of connected stories and so far has been enjoyable even if mildly dark.

It is better since I am listening and reading the physical at the same time. His narration has additional insight.

So far it has been very interesting and a good read. The different characters background stories are pretty fun to hear. I really like when Krampus drops his lore even when Jesse doesn't seem to care.

Intriguing so far. I don't want to put it down but sleep must happen.

This world has pulled me in, and I want more. These characters are all interesting in their own way. They are unique with varying backstories that are revealed at the appropriate times to keep the story moving. The representation of people's preferences based on rings is a nice addition. There are twists, turns, and obstacles throughout the adventure. Is everyone the bad guy? Are any of the dragons good?

So far, I am really enjoying this story. In a world ruled by dragons, what can mere humans do? I feel like we are meant to find out. One girl made a huge stir in this world and was killed by her own family 17 years ago. Is she really dead? What did she do to enrage the dragon ruler? How many times can one person be kidnapped? There are many questions, & I am enjoying learning all of the answers in this adventure.

It's cute and mysterious so far. Some of the timelines are slightly confusing on how much time has passed since Riley arrived when things are happening.
