why did he go from THAT to THIS all because of one evening

there’s nothing wrong with this book, but it is reminding me of how much of a fantasy lover i am. it feels like this was 94 pages of nothing happening at all.

the silbercows and foxes are so cute 😭 and giddon 😭 and i love nev. i don’t want this to end!!

i’m enjoying this soooo much. i’m lost on all the puzzles and mysteries but i adore the characters and relationships between them. who would have thought giddon would become one of my favorites?

het is nog steeds een interessante universe en ik blijf lezen maar het hele ‘bloedmooie vrouw wil niks te maken hebben met haar krachten’ is zoveel saaier dan boek 1

it feels a little slow but still entertaining and interesting enough to keep me reading. i’m really curious to find out what happened in the past and what will happen with carmilla!

struggled with all the books i picked up lately but enjoying this a lot so far! officially wasn’t allowing myself to buy any new books but i could not resist a book with themes similar to the hunger games. and how glad i am to finally read something with the same vibes but that does NOT read as a cheap rip off. sooo excited to see where this is going!

i like it! anything with fae is an instant YES but this is a (for me) different take on it and i’m enjoying it a lot.

Interesting story so far, but Alina is kind of annoying me and it's hard to keep up with all the foreign words. Excited to read and find out more about this universe though!
