One of the books I'm currently reading. I'm intrigued by the fantasy aspect, I'm pretty sure it's my new favorite genre.

I love Byrne sooooo much! It's true, I was hesitant in starting a new genre of her's, partly because I was just so mad at her for switching in the first place! Why mess with a good thing??! The good thing being her historical's. BUT. I'm so glad I eventually caved! The characters are SO out of character of a romance novel that I love it, they have so many quirks and kinks.

Just started and already I don't want to stop.

I'm hooked! It's laugh out loud with the animals. It's well written, you can easily imagine every scene, every detail. And the roles are somewhat reversed with the hero being a bit shy.

It's really boring so far. No conflict, just a flower shop girl pining after a new roommate situation. A lot of telling, no showing if you know what I mean.

I’m only at 18% because I keep having to go check google after every name drop in this book to see if they made it off the boat and what became of them. But so far it’s really engrossing. I didn’t think I’d like it at all.

I am so in love with this book! The action scenes are intense but so well written, I actually feel like it's real. I cannot wait for the moment when he remembers.

I'm dying to know why or how he doesn't remember her!

Even though the worlds are still a little confusing, I am in love with this book and looking forward to reading the books prior. To really understand. Even a hint of the sexual tension between Munro and Ren makes me wet. I think I'm yrs out of practice myself.

The sexual tension is great. The dialogue between the characters is moving.

So engrossing. A refreshing change in theme.

I love how she shows rather then tells the reader what’s going on. The description is immersive.

I was put off this book by the cover....even though I requested to review it based on the blurb. A Scotsman simply does not have black hair! I was very annoyed. But as I got into the story I created my own hero and I was swept away from there. I very much identity with the heroine except for the money part. I’m only halfway through and I can’t put it down.

I am so engrossed!! There are no chapters which makes it difficult to stop reading and go about your day like nothing happened. I’ve never read a magical book like this where I’m confused about this made up world and yet very intrigued and a little envious about their powers.

I'm so hooked on what Numer 4 did and will do. I can't wait to get back to reading. And to find out this is the second book! I have to read the first.

I actually started reading this book two days ago! It’s the first non romance I can actually get through in a while. I mean it has some romance, but it’s not the focus.

They've just had explosive sex! I mean.....it was so good I read it all the way through and I generally skip over sex scenes because they are all the same or maybe most are just too general. This whole story is full of twists and turns that keep me reading and keep me guessing which is so so good. I'm kind of heartbroken this is the last boo in the series.

I'm already hooked. I've been waiting to read the last in this series for months.

Ok, so right after the first kiss more than halfway through the book they had sex. I'm not calling it making love because even though they are still just friends, even if they were in love I don't think I would get any more heat off the page. That is to say, I got none this whole book.

They finally kissed! The raw sexual tension isn’t really there, but you can tell they’re attracted to each other.

I'm surprised I like this story since I'm not a mom and I've never been married. The kids and the dog make it worth sticking it out.

OMG!!!! I F.... loved it!!! Although this storyline hit closer to home. And I never heard of this author. Look out for my review.

Gotten a little boring. I think because they aren’t on the run anymore, the dogs still play an important role though. I’m hoping they find another hapless pup.

I'm actually listening to this in my car. I bought the audiobook wen it first came out, but couldn't get into it. I tried again this time, and I can't stop laughing. So funny.

There's a new dog in the picture!! I just love how Miles has incorporated the dogs, and they aren't just a side piece; they're actually a part of the story.

It went south a little, it took a while for her to run away. It feels like the story is going fast in some places and slow in others. But I still am intrigued.

I’m obsessed. I of course picked up the book because of the dog, but it’s so good. The characters are flawed which I love.

I'm skimming through most of it by now. It's a very sweet read, the dogs don't play a heavy roll...they're just there. The romance could be spicier, it's kinda like they just fell into their first kiss and now they're together. The lab on the cover doesn't even play a significant roll, if at all. It's mainly poodles and small dogs featured. Not very engaging.
