making the hummus dumplings right now...update later tonight

Good start, nice easy intro. I immediately notice that there are not enough photos. We eat with our eyes, the appeal of a cookbook is great photography of a majority of the recipes. This isn't the case...not enough photos is my only complaint so far.

The man is a living legend. Read it because you love outer space; read it because you need simple guidance; read it because you like war stories; read it because it's Buzz Aldrin people...respect. The secrets to success are not rocket science. The book feels like a Sunday sermon (which I happen to enjoy).
