Charlie gains for the first time is able to witness his favorite team, the LA Bulldogs, clinch a playoff spot. Unfortunately the owner, Mr. Warren, and one of Charlie's role models, isn't doing so well. Earlier in the book he was diagnosed with cancer. Because of his cancer, it caused him to miss his first game as the owner. Luckily he was able to watch it in the hospital bed and watch his team make the playoffs.

My favorite book that I read this year was this book, Fantasy League by Mike Lupica. I really liked this book because I could relate to main character, Charlie, very well. I can relate to him because he plays many different sports, like me. Also he is a fantasy football guru, like me. I also like the plot, especially when the Bulldogs finally make the playoffs. It's like a happy ending for Charlie and the Warrens.

This book is very similar to a book that I read earlier in the year called The Heat. It is similar because it has a very similar writing style, mainly because it is by the same author. Also the characters are very similar. Charlie, in Fantasy League, is a fantasy football phenom and in The Heat Michael is a baseball superstar. They also have very similar themes of it takes persistence to overcome obstacles.

If I had the choice to interview any character I would interview Mr. Warren. I would interview him because right now we do not know much about his character so far in the story so I would like to learn more about him. One question that I would ask would be why do you own a football team who has never been good and isn't getting better. He might say in response that owning a football team was his lifelong dream.

In my reading for this last week Lina and Doon were able to escape from Ember. They did this by traveling along the river. In this chapter, they reveal that the City of Ember is underground and that the builders did this to save the human population. I know that the city was underground and that they became above ground was that Lina was able to see the stars for the first time.

One of the main characters in my book is Lina Mayfleet. Lina has changed a lot throughout the book. At the beginning of the book she was a very shy except when she was with her grandmother and sister and was very dependent on her grandmother. But towards the end of the book she has become less shy and more independent. An event that influenced her change was when her grandmother died.

The book that I am reading is about two kids who live in a city that is dark and is running out of supplies. The thing that is so compelling about my book is that it is a realistic fiction kind of book with problems that I can relate to. This book shows that I have become a stronger reader because the author uses strong words that I am able to understand.

I would not like to be a character in my book. The first reason why I wouldn't like to be a character in my book is that the setting is in a dark place, only powered by light bulbs, which they are running short on and occasionally Ember has a power outage and it is completely dark. Another reason is that after the age of 12, kids are forced to work or start training to work. I'm 14 and I'm not ready to start working.

In the book The City of Ember, the main conflict is that the city is running out of supplies for the people. The main supply is light bulbs. If the city runs out of light bulbs they will be forced to live in darkness. If they have no light, the people will most likely not be able to find foods and they will die. Another essential supply that they are low on is food. If the people run out of food, they will starve.

In The City of Ember, the main characters are Lina and Doon. The two live in a community where there is no sunlight and the only light that the community receives is from lightbulbs. But the giant problem is that the city is running extremely low on supplies such as lightbulbs and food and if they can't find a solution for the problem or they cannot find a place to ecape to, they will forever live darkness.

One of the character's name in The False Prince is Sage. Sage is an orphan who grew up in a very poor suburb in England. One word that I think would define his identity is that self-made. Self made describes Sage because even though he has no parents or anyplace to live, everything that he has, he has worked for. If he didn't work to get food or clothes for himself, he would be a much different person.

The purpose of the book is to entertain the reader with a fictional story. In the book, the characters live in a distopian society. There is no place on earth where people live like they do in the Hunger Games. Suzanne Collins wrote this book for young adults. I know this because I don't think people who are really young like 5 or 6 would like this book.I also don't think people that are 60 or 70 would like it either.

In the book the Hunger Games, the main character is Katniss Everdeen. I find it difficult to relate to my character because she lost her father when she was little and lives in a very poor society. I've never really had to deal with losing someone who was close to me or have had to grow up in port living conditions. So her everyday problems that she deals with are very different from my everyday problems.

This week in my book, Katniss has been struggling mentally and emotionally. Emotionally, she can't figure out if the while love with Peeta is just a skit to get sponsors from the capital or if it's actually true. She is also struggling with the idea that she needs to sleep in a tree in order to be protected. Although, she is like my to have gotten a bow and arrow because she can hunt with it and protect herself also

One character that I would like to interview from the Hunger Games is that I would like to interview Katniss's sister, Prim. A question that I would ask Primrose is what are the people back in District 12 feeling like about Katniss and Peeta? Are they confident that one of them could win?A response that I might get would be that the people feel confident that Katniss or Peeta could win but they are also very nervous.

In the book, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins the story is told from the perspective of Katniss Everdeen. If the story was told from a different character's perspective, than the novel would be completely different. For example, if the story was told from Peeta's perspective than we would never knew what difficulties Katniss's family goes through. Instead we would find our more background information about Peeta.

The best part of the book is when Eric talks about how he has to deal with being paralyzed in his everyday life. This is the best part of the book because I makes me feel lucky that I am able to use my limbs and that I shouldn't take any thing for granted. My least favorite part of the book is when the author describes what he felt like when he was first paralyzed because it was very sad.

In the book, Eric LeGrand talks about how even though he is paralyzed from the neck down, he does his best to remain positive. He also talks about how all of his coaches and teammates visit him and support him. Eric LeGrand also started his own foundation which helps people who deal with the same struggles that he does and with the money that they raise, it will go towards research for healing paralyzed people.

I think that the author probably wrote this selection because he wanted to share what it is like to be paralyzed from the neck down and that he wanted to show how different his life from our lives are. I know that this is the reason that he wrote this book because he wants to send us a message that even though he my be disabled, he shows how you can always stay positive no matter what your situation is.

Eric LeGrand was a football player at Rutgers University. He was one of the top special teams and defensive players on the team until one day in October, Rutgers took on Army. Eric was sprinting down the field on the kickoff team after Rutgers had just scored a touchdown. He put his head down and delivered a huge hit on the Army kick returner. But after the hit, Eric and was paralyzed from the neck down.

I feel that the book, The Heat, was a pretty good book. I liked all of the little problems that Michael had to face because they were all tied up to the major conflict. I think that I would give this book and 8 out of 10. I would give it this rating because overall the book was very good but some parts of the plot went by really slow. I would recommend to someone my age who is interested in sports.

One thing that I would change in the book The Heat, is that I would change the amount of characters the author put in the book. Mike Lupica keeps on adding so many characters in this book. There's Michael, Manny, Carlos, Ellie, El Grande, and a lot more. I'd would change the amount of characters in this book because it's too hard for me to follow what is going on on the story.

The author's purpose in writinging this book is to entertain. I know this because he is writing a story and stroies are meant to entertain. The messages that Mike Lupica is trying to send to the reader is about friendship. I know this because the main character, Charlie, becomes friedms with and old man. By showing this, he is trying to say that you can become friends with anyone, even is they are differnt from you.

I can definitely relate to the main character, Charlie, because the book takes place in Los Angeles. Since Charlie lives in Los Angeles his lifestyle is very similar to mine. Also, Charlie is very into fantasy football and knows everything about it, like I do. One way that I can't relate to Charlie is that his parents are divorced and mine aren't. Therefore it's hard for me to understand the struggles with this issue

I chose to read this book because I love football and I love fantasy football. I also thought that I may like this book because I've read a lot of Mike Lupica's books before and I've enjoyed all of them. Even though I'm only 78 pages into this book, I've enjoyed it a lot. I really like this book because I can relate to the character and the plot events really well because the main character is just like me.
