I was wanting to read this before I watch the movie, but was nervous? for some reason. Started it this afternoon and have already smashed through 80 pages. I really enjoyed the last Emily Henry book I read so hopefully this is the equivalent of that

I'm unfortunatly liking this less and less as I'm reading... It feels kind of disjointed and is started to read YA imo (not saying YA is bad). It just feels undercooked, a bit disjointed and a little immature

Soft DNFing at chapter 12

I agree with the reviews that this book is lacking world building. The idea is there. The bones are there. However the depth in exploration of the word and the character/relationship development is really needing some attention
