Breaking of the horse part felt gross. I don’t think it was intended to come off that way.

I wasn’t sure if this book was for me, and I wasn’t sure how this would go or how I would review this.
Regardless I will finish it tomorrow

I can’t believe I wasted so many years not reading this book.
I will most likely fall asleep listening to this on audio tonight.

His writing is fantastic yes, it’s just not my style at this current stage in my life since they’re darker poems.
Years ago I’d easily give this 5 stars.
Half of the book is the poems in French which I don’t plan to read right now, but once I’m done with the translated poems I’ll be finished.

If I wasn’t pacing myself I’d easily read up to 200 pages tonight. But I’m trying to read another book too.

Pt 2 of 2 and I found that uncomfortable. Just keep in mind my view points on this does NOT have to convince you of anything. I’m only sharing my thoughts, you can continue to have yours.
Trying to be picky on what I spend my time on reading, I can’t read everything so might as well. Lost Connections is a wonderful read so far!

Thats okay though. My reviews are my honest feelings.
I have also decided I won’t be reading two books, temperance Alden and Robyn’s books they wrote.
Wheel of the year or magickal tarot. I have decided I don’t need to read it every book I come across and I didn’t personally get along with those two authors. Temperance also asks people to give hers 5 stars to combat the bad ratings. Pt(1 of 2)

Currently reading the goddess of the dark moon (might be wrong on the title) and I’m not going to lie I’m confused why this book gets hype in the witch community.
The writing needs more editing. It’s repetitious and drawn out. Not nearly done but I have a feeling i may not finish it. I’ll try to! It’s not that it’s terrible but im surprised by the five star ratings. It may only get at best a 3.

I probably would have enjoyed this book more if i wasn’t hearing it in audio

Just beginning chapter two.
In the beginning where it was discussed how trump has adopted occult philosophies in his work was really interesting to me
But there is something to be said about the whole you can do anything you put your mind to, when it’s no surprise that guess what, a lot of underprivileged folks can’t just “manifest their reality”. curious how this will play out
