I really like L. Steele’s writing & always enjoy her books. However, I am struggling with this one, alternating pulling my hair and banging my head!

I have read many books where the MMC is a jerk,A-hole etc. This character takes the cake and so far it’s been one argument between the main characters.

This might be the first book of L. Steele’s I don’t finish and you might see my kindle go off the balcony!

I am finding this a bit long winded.! I am find it very hard to like the main female character. She is very shallow and immature. While the premise sounded good so far I am not impressed. Even the steamy scenes are very blasé which is not the norm for Stephenie brother. I’m thinking of taking a break and read another book and come back to this one.

Not sure I can finish this one. The main male character is a huge DOUCHECANOE!

I am having trouble continuing. I first felt sympathy and empathy for the main characters and what they endured at the hands of the female characters parents but as the book goes on, my sympathies are less and less, for it’s time; especially for it’s time the main female character is a terrible mother. And the main male character we don’t know how he would be as a parent since he does not know

This seems like a good book, however, the dynamics are different from any other shifter book I have read. I am getting a headache and not enjoying it the way I should because I trying to figure the rolls, the rules etc of the characters and I do not know. Maybe there is a previous series to be read first that explains all?

Ok Goodreads stop taking books from my TBR and saying I am reading it fox one and you add another with 2,000+ on my TBR I will get there just not on your timeline
