I wouldn’t call the text dense but it’s taking a bit more focus and concentration than I’m used to because I don’t normally read about history. Already learning so much though! Can definitely see myself citing this often.

So much wisdom in this text. Many of the gender differences she talks about in the beginning of the book are really resonating with me as I navigate relationship challenges with my partner.

Also learning about the kind of parent I would want to be, compared to the kind of parenting I received.
