New words to me: Recondite and Sybaritic. Very enjoyable read so far.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: this is terribly written. And I'm still reading it, highlighter in hand.

It is so powerful to read these words and have someone else articulate my feelings exactly.

As a pianist, I had no idea how badly I need to read this book. I am learning so much, and having Weirich put into words things I ponder regularly makes me know I am not alone.

Page-turner, this.

I repeat: poorly written. Lacking any editing. Some of the concepts are resonating, but it could and should be about 200 pages shorter.

The concept may be great, but this is horribly written. Did an editor even look at this?

I literally want to gift one of these books to everyone near and dear to me.
