Dnf’ing this book. I don’t like the heavy creole/southern accent’s the narrators are using.

I really want to DNF this book bc I’m finding it SO boring! There’s so much unnecessary filler so I find myself skimming through some of the chapters. The spice is even boring. All I want to know is who killed Garett & I really don’t want to read the next 2 books to find out. So if someone want to spoil this series for me, please do! Lol

I’m gonna DNF this book. It’s not grabbing my attention & frankly it’s boring.

This book has been on my kindle for 8 years! I’d say it’s time to read it.

I just can’t get into this book.

I apparently downloaded this book 7yrs ago & it’s just been sitting in my kindle. I guess I’ll read it now lol.

The premise of this book is good. It’s a married at 1st sight. I’m just having an issue with the heroine in this book. She’s not willing to compromise ANYTHING & is having the hero change who he is. He can’t do this he can’t do that it’s upsetting to her if he does this or that. Yet she’s NOT wanting to change or compromise at all for him.

DNF. I can’t with the insta love & the extremely whiny heroine. I’m also listening to the audio book & I wasn’t a fan of the narrator.

I’m only on the 3rd chapter & I’m ready to dnf. The “heroine” is a whiny judgmental witch with a b.

So I am liking this book BUT, the girls who’s doing the audio for the heroine needs to changer her voice for when she’s doing the main guys part. She’s not really changing her voice so you have to keep rewinding the audio to make sure what part she’s reading.

This is the last time I take a recommendation from BookTok. Especially when it comes to an audio book. Not only is this book boring, the narration SUCKS!

I’m only on Chapter 3 & I already want to DNF. The narration is AWFUL! The narrators are hard to understand & they’re attempting to do a Boston accent & it is atrocious. I’m from Boston, this isn’t a Boston accent. It’s actually ruining the book for me.

I’m about to DNF this book. I cannot stand how Persephone is acting like a spoiled child. This series is also making Hades out to be a weak God who’s isn’t the alpha male a Greek God of the Underworld should be.

I’m not loving the heroine in this book & I don’t know if it’s because I don’t love the narrator who’s voicing her. The “heroine” Erica aka Rica is coming off as a pushover who can’t stand up or speak up for herself.

Ugh, I can’t tell if I don’t like the heroine bc I don’t like the narrator. She’s a whiny teenager. Which brings me to another point, she’s a teenager, it’s weird. I wish the author made her older so it would be so predatory.

I listening to the audible of this book & the narrator is grating on my nerves the way she’s reading this book & making it so I’m not enjoying this book.

Well, this book has been sitting in my bookcase since its debut & I’m finally going to read it.

I’m really hoping this book starts to pick up soon.

Omg Kiera is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Why am I still reading this train wreck?!?!

Kiera is a complete bitch. I hate her & her innocent act.

I'm going to give this book a few more chapters. If it doesn't pick up by then, then I'm flouncing.

This may be the first time I hope a book doesn't have an HEA. The heroine doesn't deserve it but the Hero does & I hope it's not with her.

This book is already making me nervous.

Couldn't figure out what to read tonight so, I'm going to read this. It's only been on my iPad for like 3 years.

I'm really trying to get into this book but, I just can't. I figured the whole book out in the like the 3rd chapter. Unless if there is some big twist, I don't see myself finishing this book.

I'm not feeling this book. I can't get into it at all. I'm at the point where I just want it to be over & done so I'm skimming through it.

This series has been a hit or miss for me. So far this book is a miss. I'm finding the heroine to be extremely shallow & that the hero can do better than her.
