This book is a terrible boring slog. If I didn't enjoy the rest of the series so much I would have dnf'd long ago, in close to giving up now

I'm on page 167 of 380 and I'm getting bored of being kept in the dark, there isn't enough information being gleaned to keep me intrigued and not enough forward momentum to the plot.

He started at the bottom of McCray industries and took years to work his way to the top. Nothing more disgusting than someone who doesn't recognize nepotism and justifying it because he had to learn the ropes. I don't like either of the characters so far, but I really don't like this part. At least acknowledge your privilege. Also he thinks she may have a concussion so won't leave her alone, but gives her wine..

Couldn't finish this one, which is rare for me. Too repetitive and boring.
