So far this is the same as the Martian... I loved Artemis, because there were so many more people, but this feels like a repeat of the Martian so far which makes be sad.

Hit a bit of a block with my reading. Just can't convince myself to read any more. Maybe I should abandon this lot and start something new.

this continues to be one of the best LitRPG series I have read. Discussions of racism, mental health, combined by a non-cookie cutter universe probably makes this unique in the genre

I feel like I am constantly trying to figure out where and when this is in the Jump Universe. It's kinda distracting.

So I am pausing reading this for now. The reason is this is a "Ah what if the hunger games but" novel. Maybe I'll get bored enough to pick this up again, it's not terribly written.

I hate this so much. The super cool merchant princess is gone and someone who I don't recognise who is just stymied by politics and does fuck all. Considering just dropping this book.
