this is gut wrenching

despite my initial expectation that i would not become super invested in these characters (mostly because of the mode of storytelling), they almost feel like friends somehow

this is a neat mode of story telling

it’s kinda trippy to read about the ebola panic 10-12 years after it happened and still remember watching some of the news scenes in this book and talking about it in school and stuff
