Toby Beeny is 50% done with Mistborn: The Final Empire (Mistborn, #1)

So far it is pretty typical generic fantasy. I doubt I will remember much of this book or the characters. Not terrible, but I look forward to being done with it. There is no real emotion or depth here. The language feels like it was written for a teen.
