Well I have to admit that I DNFd this book. My apologies to the author but I have a shelf full of books just waiting for my attention, so if I start one which I cannot get into from the start, I tend not to waste my time on it. The story may have improved but I read a quarter and it just wasn't capturing me at all, plus the overload of characters from the onset, always puts me off.

Not one of CC's better books in my opinion. The fantasy of seeing a horse is just not my thing. I must admit it was a bit of a struggle.

Unfortunately I had to abandon this as I just couldn't get into it. I suppose I should have tried a bit longer, but life is too short to spend time reading something that isn't of interest!

Enjoying the storyline so far. Emma writes well and in the genre I favour.
