I’ve been hyper fixated on prostitution on the frontier since I visited butte Montana recently. This isn’t the highest quality history but a good basic overview of the tiers of brothels/how these women lived.

Rereading bc the movie pissed me off so bad but I couldn’t put my finger on why. After reading about 1/3 of this book so far, I’m starting to understand why.

i fucking love this so far i have laughed out loud multiple times

this is like peak man humor and i don’t find it funny or entertaining

debating whether to continue because i can tell i will hate this

chelsea manning is my idol i’m obsessed

so far enjoying this wayyyyyyy more than her other book, the girls

this man is so autistic but i’m a sucker for U.S. surveillance books so i love

one chapter in and i can tell this book is going to change me, maybe lesbian?
