chapter 5 is the best chapter so far by a landslide. it took 4 exposition-heavy chapters to establish the game, but now that it is established, the author is playing it well.

it seems she hit her stride here. excited to read more!

very exposition-heavy so far, and the pacing is a little fast for me, but it is setting up an intriguing story. chapter 1 read like a preface and chapter 2 read like a first chapter. excited to read more.
