I'm reading way too many books at once rn. Whatever, threw this one into the mix.

This book is wonderful and a tour through the pop culture and high film surrounding Jacques' transition.

Not only did I forget that people still write systems theory, I forgot just how much I enjoy reading it.

I wish this book had come out a year sooner. It is so excellent and thorough and smart and just happens to affirm all my deeply held beliefs about sovereignty.

Ugh, this text uses a 'cultural evolutionary' account of political borders. That's a disappointment.
