Why is this book so long. The ball did not need to be that many chapters...

I am smackdab in the middle of the most exciting speeder bike chase that I have ever read! This book gives me all the classic SW feels that post-Disney era has been lacking in. Sorry, not sorry, but the books published in this new Disney canon are just not the same.

It’s…good. Not great. But enjoyable enough. Could have used an editor and a thesaurus.

I have heard "solar plexus" far too many times in one chapter. Also the word "mate." Yes, we get it. No need to rub it in.

I feel…like I’m not smart enough for this book lol. It comes off a little pretentious (overwritten? Is that a word I can use?) and really makes me remember how much I hated logic in high school. I know it’s still early so I’ll still give it a go. Both main characters are insufferable and come off as those overachieving kids who are book smart but not street smart.
