Big ideas to digest that I don't have time for right now. Summer?

Need to return to the library so I'll have to pick it up later.

I am guessing the aliens in the middle time frame are the enemies in the future time frame. Alternatively the enemies could be Universalists, as the humans in the future time frame are omnia and cycle through genders.

Still hard to identify what time frame each chapter is in. Caught on that the model number of the Turing AI gives a good indication of time frame. Narrator has grown on me, but his children and women voices are kinda terrible.

The ideas are interesting, but the narrator for the audio is atrocious. That hard upper-crust British accent on everything and everyone makes it all sound pointless and bland. Hate the far-future timeline where children have sub-human clones for caretakers, gross. Strongly dislike how quickly the narrative bounces between timelines/plotlines/characters. 50/50 I finish it.
