Fred Forster > Recent Status Updates

This was a really interesting read. In parts I found it hard to comprehend; at times I was going to put it down and read another book. However I persevered and pushed through to the end.

I think this was partially to do with it being the first book by the Dalai Lama (or even with a Buddist connection) I have ever read. I definitely want to read more though; particularly his book A Good Heart, about the gospels.
